About the role:
The position provides an excellent career opportunity to join a cohesive team in our progressive organisation, working to support other Accountants and our Chief Operating Officer. This role based in our Mount Gambier corporate office is available as a full-time position.
Salary to be negotiated based on experience with PBI salary packaging available for employees, along with the opportunity for personal and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on continuous improvement of financial business processes
- Oversee the finance and payroll system (TechnologyOne)
- Financial and management accounting
- Reporting to Managers, Executive, Board and Commonwealth
- Statutory reporting and budgeting
Qualifications and Experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in commerce, finance or equivalent
- Membership of CPA or equivalent (preferred)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite
- Financial reporting, budgeting, and analytical skills
- Desire to work in the not-for-profit sector
