An exciting opportunity has opened up for an Intermediate/Senior Accountant to join our dedicated team that has a very personalised and friendly culture.
An ideal candidate would have 3+ years of Australian tax and business service experience but we are also looking for Intermediate accountants progressing their careers.
For the intermediate/senior position we would be looking for a candidate with the below knowledge but not limited to these:-
- Knowledge of Accounting Softwares e.g Xero, Myob, Etc
- Knowledge of MYOB Accountants Enterprise preferred but not necessary
- Willingness to learn & Improve skill set.
- Construct financial statements and income tax returns for Trusts, Companies, Partnerships, SMSF and Individuals.
- Lodge Payroll Tax, BAS, IAS, CU forms, and PAYG Payment Summaries, Superannuation Guarantee Charge.
- Preparation of Investment Schedules, capital gain calculation.
- Division 7a calculations.
- Preparation of cash flow forecast statements.
Knowledge of superannuation and BGL Software would be advantageous
We would support you through our friendly team.
Working from home one or two days a week can be considered depending on the ability to work effectively unsupervised.
Our office is located on the river and ideally located close to shops, restaurants and train station. The building offers the use of a gym and a pool.
