Accounting Administration Assistant/Personal Assistant
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant/Personal Assistant to join our boutique Launceston based practice.
The role
The role will include administration support for our accounting staff and reception back up duties. You will be working as an integral part of our team in a fast moving and lively environment.
Duties will include:
- Assistance to accounting staff including data entry, preparing client files for meetings, completion of forms and documents, and other various support tasks as needed.
- Liaising with clients, banks, and government departments such as the Australian Taxation Office.
- Maintaining client database and updating client records.
- Reception assistance/back up including answering phone calls, making appointments, and greeting clients.

- Strong communication skills - you'll be comfortable dealing with clients.
- Organised, self-motivated, you show initiative, and have the ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to prioritise, review and manage the tasks at hand.
- A current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle.
- Previous administration experience and experience with accounting programs and Microsoft Office is desirable but not essential.
