- Reporting directly to the General Manager In Home Care, you will enjoy key stakeholder engagement within the company and across the group
- Your main function will be to take responsibility for the day to day accounting duties. However, you will also be involved in: commercial and operational analysis and dialogue; continuous improvement of processes and procedures; driving a strong focus on compliance; overseeing systems and general IT; facilities, equipment and fleet management; contract and supply management etc
- Direct reports will include: Finance Officer; Bookkeeper/Payroll Administrator; Accounts Officer; Systems Support Coordinator; and Administration Officer
- The position will encourage you to be involved in more than just finance, your skills will be needed in broader areas of commercial operations (a full position description will be available for short listed candidates)
- It is envisaged you will have at least five (5) years at a senior level of accounting management, together with relevant tertiary qualifications and CPA membership
- Experience in a similar industry would be an advantage but is not essential
- Negotiable salary package will be offered to attract the right person
