Website Account Manager
Permanent part-time with potential to become full-time – 3 days per week initially.We are small digital web agency that is rapidly growing to a point where we are now in need of a new member to join the team. We require a talented Website Account Manager with some Development experience to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a mid-level developer to further develop and grow with our team. You must have at least 3 years of experience with delivering commercial solutions within a digital agency environment.

About the Role
We require a Website Account Manager on a permanent part-time basis with the potential to become full-time. Initially the role will be for 3 days per week. Your hours will be from 8:30am-5pm.
All tools will be provided to do your job.
This role will require you to work from home. Not required however, we do have a coworking space you can utilise. We do catch up as a group once every 4 Months. We also have weekly catch-up video calls both formal & informal.

- To contribute to the business in a professional manner in order to assist growth and development of the business and your own professional development and skills.
- Establishing, maintaining great relationships between yourself & existing clients
- Data entry
- Ensuring communication is always well maintained
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in website development
- Excellent communication & people skills
- Great organisational skills
- Ability to think Independently & Reliable
- Ability to easily navigate on a computer, particularly Microsoft Products
Probation period and performance
An initial probation period of 1 week, a further period of 3 months during which time performance, attitude, skills, and developments will be reviewed. At the end of the three months there will be a review of your progress. At this review you will be at liberty to raise any matters that may be of concern to you. During this probationary period, should either party believe that the working relationship should not continue then employment would cease.
Professional development
It is our view that maintaining professional development is an essential part of all working lives. As a team we support this through a program of both informal internal and external professional development. Included in our internal program are in-house meetings where, as a professional team, we review subjects and issues which we believe to be important to our technical program and development as a team.
