Role Overview:

Your responsibilities will include:
- Prompt and effective phone and email support.
- Maintaining thorough records of client interactions, requests, and resolutions.
- Assisting in the onboarding process for new clients.
- Troubleshooting to identify and resolve software-related issues.
- Providing clients with step-by-step guidance and training.
- Collaborating with internal teams to escalate complex issues.
- Updating software help documentation and knowledge base.
- Participating in the testing of software changes and developments and reporting any identified issues.
Key requirements for the role:
- Essential prior experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Excellent customer service skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to assist others.
- Proficient analytical abilities and a creative problem-solving mindset.
- Effective time management skills, capable of thriving in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver effective training, whether individually or in group settings.
- Comfortable operating in dynamic environments and managing multiple tasks concurrently.
- Enthusiastic about learning and adapting to new technologies.
- Sound understanding of Microsoft Windows and general software applications.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness to occasionally travel locally and interstate.
Desirable skills:
- Prior experience in a support help desk environment.
- Expertise with remote access technologies.
