Where you’d be working:
Our Support Consultants work in the Brisbane branch for our customers located both local and globally.
What you’d be doing (your day will look like this):
Our Support Consultants provide first and second level support services to our customers by email, telephone and also via MSTEAMs, but also at the customers site. Your expertise will be working within our manufacturing modules along with our supply chain & distribution fields that feed into manufacturing that can also provide classroom and on-site training and consulting services.
Time for a change? Instead of working on the shop floor or in admin, you get excited about using an ERP (Software) system to create Warehouses, Inventory items, Serialised items, lot batch items, Bill of Materials, Routings, Costings, Forecasting, Manufacturing Planning tools to create finished products to be dispatched to customers.
You enjoy problem solving and troubleshooting and providing the right advice and solution to the customer. Your skills and experience in Manufacturing will assist you in this role. Using your knowledge of manufacturing business processes and working closely with other departments, you will:
- Triage and review reported issues
- Review, analyse and provide advice with customers to understand ongoing impacts of their manufacturing processes
- Engage with customers via multiple technology methods to discuss their requirements to provide solutions
- Document program issues, and deployment of fixes
We’re looking for a Support Consultant who has:
- Knowledge in various manufacturing industries & processes who has transferred these skills to work within an ERP (Software) system.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Understanding of business operational needs.
- Superb communication skills are essential – both written and verbal.
- Problem solving and issue resolution with attention to detail.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude and work ethic.
- Willingness to undergo a Police Check.
- Knowledge of Pronto Xi (not required but advantageous) or similar manufacturing ERP software.
- This is not a technical position and requires someone with experience processing manufacturing within a software environment.
