3 x Accounts / Accounts Receivable Officer
Locations: Gepps Cross / Camden Park
Tasks include but not limited to

• Managing of payments received - follow up and allocate
• Perform large complex account reconciliations, chase up issues/non-payments
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments,delays and irregularities
• Generate and review age analysis for compliance
• Investigate and resolve customer enquiries & payment discrepancies
• Establish recovery plans & initiated collections
• Versatile communication channels with customers - phone, e-mail, mail & in person
• Processing new credit applications
• Assisting with month-end processes

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate your experience in:

• High Volume and High Value collections experience will be highly regarded
• Demonstrated experience in an accounting team environment.
• Ability to build rapport and effective business relationships within the business and customers
• Exceptionally high attention to detail & ability to meet KPIS an collection targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work unsupervised, multitask, meet deadlines and prioritise workload
• A proactive and committed work ethic
• Strong software skills - Advanced Excel Essential - ERP highly regarded
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer skills with the ability to respond to and resolve enquiries
