Accounts Admin Officer

Lawson Elliott is excited to be working with a reputable company who is looking to welcome in a confident Accounts Admin Officer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a great team to learn new skills and be supported along the way.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, your key responsibilities will be, but are definitely not limited to:

• Providing administrative support to the company
• Raising purchase orders
• Maintaining the companies records and registers 
• Data entry
• Filing documents and document flow management 
• Preparing and reviewing rosters 
• Communicate effectively with key stakeholders 
• Assist with setting up new employee's in Payroll system
• Managing the Admin/ Accounts inbox and respond to queries
• Ad-hoc duties as required

To be considered for this role:

• Proven work experience as a Accounts Admin Officer or similar role
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong and confident communication skills 
• Exceptional verbal, written and customer service skills 
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and numeracy skills
