Full Time or Part Time Position Available
We have a fantastic opportunity to work in our Commercial Property Management department, for a person with significant Accounts experience, to join our expanding and innovative commercial real estate agency. We are looking to appoint a highly motivated, professional and focused individual.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Previous and proven experience and knowledge in Accounts processes
- A high level of attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of programs, with strong excel skills
- Exceptional time-management skills
- The ability to work independently in an unsupervised environment as well as closely with a team
- A minimum of 4 years experience in an Accounts or Commercial Property Management role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Completion of rent calculations and annual reviews
- Trust account receipting and EOM reconciliations
- Arrears Control
- Processing and reporting of tenant security bonds and bank guarantees
- Processing of payment runs including mid and end of month
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Creation and distribution of Tenant invoices
- Entry of tenants into our software system
- Responding to ledger enquiries and providing account reconciliations
