About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Office Manager, the role will be responsible for a variety of administrative, accounting and reception tasks that support the delivery of outstanding service to clients and support team members. No day will be the same in this fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails
- Assisting customers, suppliers and other stakeholders with their enquiries
- Receipt payments through software program (training provided)
- Ensuring employee licences are up to date and uploading to web programs
- Data entry and filing
- Supporting other team members
- Maintaining office stationery supplies, kitchen consumables and first aid packs
With previous experience in an administrative role, you will be resilient, and be confident to prioritise and organise your work while managing multiple tasks in a busy environment.
In addition to the above, to be successful in this role you will have/be:
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent arithmetic skills
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accurate data entry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident and professional in answering the phone and managing incoming calls
- A 'can-do' attitude, with good initiative
- A proactive approach and the ability to work unsupervised
