About the opportunity
I am seeking an Administration all-rounder to join an established accounts team to support them with customer service correspondence, data entry and general administration tasks. This position is fast paced and you will be required work within time frames and deadlines with high accuracy. You will be given the opportunity to learn and develop while you work.
Duties and responsibilities
General administration and data entry
Updating client management systems.
Accounts administration (PO, invoicing, reconciliations, etc)
Actioning Incoming calls and emails and correspondence
General Reception support
Skills and experience
1-2 years’ experience in retail, customer service, call centre, general administration or business support
Strong knowledge in MS Office Suite
Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
Reliable work ethic and the ability to follow through in daily tasks
Proactive, motivated and switched-on nature
Strong oral and written communication skills

National Police Clearance or the ability to obtain would be an advantage.
