Form of workWe are a fast-growing utilities construction business seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team. We are focused on our client's goals and pride ourselves on our relationship and integrity with our clients.
About the Candidate:
This role requires a person who is confident and takes ownership of the role and can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with high attention to detail, good communication skills, shows initiative, is professional and confident in talking to clients and staff with experience in MYOB. This role would suit someone who is outgoing and can work autonomously and in a team environment.

You will be responsible for the following:
- Report and maintenance of Cashflow, WIP reports, P&L, Balance Sheet, end of project review, business performance and month-end financial reporting
- Business forecasting and budgeting
- Liaise with external accountant
- Data entry
- Assisting with Bank, Credit card and General Ledger Reconciliations
- Monitoring of accounts receivables, invoicing and debtor management
- General administration tasks
- Payroll preparation
To be successful, you will need to possess the following:
- Experience in the use of MYOB.
- Must have experience in a similar position.
- Minimum Cert IV in Administration, Bookkeeping or Diploma/Bachelors degree in Accounting.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to show initiative and work independently to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate - advanced knowledge of Excel
