Your new role
The position of Accounts Administrator will be responsible for financial accounts administrative tasks with a cyclical nature. This includes and is not limited to processing invoices, data entry, creating time-Pro codes, sales admin, payroll, AP weekly, AR weekly, bank recs, EOM processing, ad-hoc projects to support the broader business. Knowledge of the following systems is advantageous MYOB, TimePro, Salesforce, PowerBI, Excel/ MSOffice.
About You
You are a financially literate Accounts Administrator with high attention to detail and demonstrated experience in financial administration, AP, AR, and financial data entry. Good Excel skills to enable ease of reporting are highly desirable. This role is a great opportunity for someone who prefers consistent, repetitive tasks in a predictable environment. You might be managing a family, side hustle, studying or would like a role with consistent responsibilities and limited progression.
