Our client is a fantastic medium sized Accounting practice, located on St Kilda Road. Due to an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has become available in the Corporate Affairs team.
The Opportunity
You will be joining 3 other full-time Corporate Affairs Administrators as a Corporate Affairs / ASIC Administrator.
Your duties may include:
- Preparing and lodging ASIC documents
- Keeping up on ASIC and software changes and attending BGL seminars and user groups
- Registration and maintenance of business names
- Setting up discretionary and unit trusts
- Company registrations
- Fee preparation and management
- Assisting with client queries and tasks as required.
- Previous experience working within an Accounting firm performing ASIC tasks
- Proficient in BGL CAS 360
- Ability to use APS software would be advantageous
- Techy savvy and able to adapt to new systems
- Good attention to detail
- Able to build rapport with clients
