Accounts Administrator

As a Senior Accounts Administrator, you will play a key role in the financial operations of the company.

 Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Various administrative functions that support facilities management operations
• Manage accounts payable, data entry, and invoice payments
• Answer and screening calls, taking messages
• Commercial Office Lease administration
• Conduct bank reconciliations

The successful candidate will have:

• Prior experience in a similar accounts administration role
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
