About The Opportunity
As a Senior Accounts Administrator, you will play a key role in the financial operations of the company.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Various administrative functions that support facilities management operations
- Manage accounts payable, data entry, and invoice payments
- Answer and screening calls, taking messages
- Commercial Office Lease administration
- Conduct bank reconciliations
The successful candidate will have:
- Prior experience in a similar accounts administration role
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
