Due to overwhelming demand from marketing initiatives and the acquisition of a mature database of potential new B2B relationships, we are looking to appoint a highly competent and energetic Business Development Manager to call and engage new UNIQ Business Accounts for our Salespeople to work with. This roll will be in a full-time capacity to develop existing and new referrer relationships.
Your day to day will involve:
- Calling and meeting with new and existing referral partners to build long-term relationships and connect them with UNIQ through our portal and link them with a Relationship Manager to support their client property and education needs.
- Presenting UNIQ's point of difference, stock opportunities, marketing Collateral, client Educational programmes and unique methods of sale to potential new Referral Business Partners and reigniting dormant existing business partners.
- Providing consistent and personal service throughout various different sales campaigns and events. Ensuring you support the attendance from the UNIQ portfolio of partners.
- Instigating individual referrer activities / events to market and promote education and properties to their databases.
- Proactively seeking out new referral partners and associates using Linked In Premium - experience a must
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with new partners
- Introducing new associates and referral partners to our on boarding program
- Presenting our service offering demonstrative the value add to business
- Coordinating and negotiating partnership agreements and contracts
- Regularly attending industry events and meetings to network and promote our services
- Providing consistent and personal service throughout the onboarding process
- Participating in marketing activities to attract new partners and associates
- Communicating and recruiting developers / developments from Linked In and an existing Developer Database and supporting our Operations Manager with the onboarding of their projects.
About you:
You are a Property Business Development Manger or sales professional who is looking for a change in how you operate. You also understand that hard work with a fearless approach in the present will pay dividends in the future.
- A proven high sales and new account achiever preferably in the Off the Plan, House and Land or Project Marketing sector of the Real Estate industry with demonstrable success
- An energetic and outgoing personality
- Outstanding communication and people skills
- Possess a hunger to succeed and be rewarded for your efforts
- A current Driver's License and reliable motor vehicle
- A current Real Estate License or Agents Representative Licence
- Linked In Premium experience
- Your previous position may include Real Estate Project Marketer, Property Strategist, Sales Agent, Sales Consultant or Real Estate Specialist, Business Development Manager.
