Our client is a part of a multi-national organisation based in Melbourne CBD. They are seeking an Accounts Administrator with experience in both accounts payable and receivable duties end to end. They offer a supportive working environment and flexibility to work from home.
The Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include as follows:
- Full function of accounts payable duties
- Processing supplier invoices
- Reconciliation duties
- Processing of staff expense claims
- Facilitating AP related requisitions into the system (Workday)
- Accounts receivable duties 10% of the role
- Weekly reporting on Aged Debtor reports
- Collections of client payments and ensure this is completed in a timely manner
- 3+ year experience within the accounts payable and receivable space
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Has a strong willingness to learn and adapt within the role
- Excellent time management skills
- Attractive Salary of $70,000-$75,000 + Superannuation (based on experience)
