You will be working alongside an experienced team, delivering exceptional customer service. This a Full Time role and suitable for someone who has high attention to detail, interpersonal skills, clerical skills and is committed to continuous learning.
In this role, you will also be responsible for:
- Answering telephone calls to gather/relay information to clients.
- Utilising CRM System to maintain database integrity.
- Some general HR duties.
- Handling all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Ad-Hoc office duties such as; Filling, Copying, Stacking, Appointment Booking
To succeed in this role you will need the following skills and attributes:
- Background in Financial Services.
- High attention to detail.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
- Motivated to develop a long career in Mortgage Broking.
