We are looking for an ambitious Accounts Administrator to join the team on a permanent part-time basis. This varied role will be focusing on Accounts Payable and Receivable, aswell as maintaining and managing the financial wellbeing of 5 office locations. The hours are 10.00am - 2.00pm, Monday to Friday based in Laverton North.
The Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payables
- Bank Reconciliation
- Expense Management
- Check Invoices for inaccuracies
- Process new customer & supplier account applications
- Handle general account queries
- Debtor Control
- Book & coordinate company travel
- General Ad-hoc tasks
The successful applicant will have:
- Knowledge of general ledger accounts
- Knowledge of Netsuite (essential)
- Superior organisation and time management skills
- Impeccable Attention to detail
- Ongoing commitment to personal development
- MS Office knowledge
