Position Title:
Casual Administrator with XERO Data Entry and Accounts Experience and HR Admin Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Casual Administrator with XERO Data Entry and Accounts experience, as well as HR Admin Assistant responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our organization's administrative and human resources functions. This is a part-time or casual position, offering flexibility in working hours.
Experience in the Construction of Trades and Services Industry is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
XERO Data Entry and Accounts:
Perform accurate data entry of financial transactions into XERO accounting software.
Cross check for errors
Maintain and update financial records, including customer database, invoices – accounts payable
End of month Accounts Payable cross checking invoices to statements
HR Admin Assistant:
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records, updating employee information, and processing documentation related to employee onboarding, offboarding, and changes.
Assist with recruitment processes, such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
Support the HR team with various administrative tasks, including filing, document preparation, and data entry. Setting up calendar appointments
General Administration:
Maintain filing systems in digital formats.
Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments etc
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably with exposure to both XERO data entry and minor HR administrative tasks.
Experience using XERO accounting software and other relevant tools.
Familiarity with HR administrative processes and procedures required.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Calendar
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
