Due to growth and internal restructure a position has become available for a Accounts/Administrator to join our team.
Your Experience:
We are seeking an Accounts/Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. We are looking for a friendly, flexible and self-motivated candidate. This role consists of a lot of data entry and typing so a high level of computer literacy and proficient use of MS Outlook, Word and Excel will be favourable. In addition, a strong emphasis on attention to detail and accuracy are important in this role.
Your Role:
- Answering and directing phone calls and greeting visitors.
- Accounts Payable
- Invoice entry
- Ensuring entries are correct
- Processing weekly and EOM payables
- Accounts Receivable
- Issuing invoices
- Chasing up overdue invoices
- Issuing monthly statements
- Usual Admin duties consisting of binding, photocopying ordering office stationery, etc.
- General filing and archiving tasks
- Keeping debtors' and creditors' details up to date.
