Sass Developments is a young and dynamic, multi-faceted residential development and construction company. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join our team as an Assistant Accounts/Admin Support. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and providing administrative assistance to ensure the smooth functioning of our office.
The role includes:
- Managing day-to-day accounting tasks such as accounts payable/receivable, expenses tracking and data entry into Xero.
- Handle emails inquiries from customers and/or suppliers in a professional manner.
- Conduct periodic checks to ensure data accuracy.
- Provide administrative support to assist with the day-to-day operations of the building sites.
- Support other team members with administrative tasks and projects as needed.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to manage priorities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- General administration including filing, archiving and general filing and folder set up.
The successful candidate must have excellent multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage priorities and have excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Experience in a similar role and building knowledge and experience would be an advantage. Must be skilled in using Xero and Excel.
Part time role: Tuesday – Thursday 9.00am – 5.00pm
