PERSOLKELLY are partnering with a large mining company in the Hunter Valley region looking for an Accounts Assistantto help drive their Accounts department.
Reporting to the Senior Accounts Officer, your main responsibilities will be the daily coordination of all Accounts Payable and receivable matters, plus responding to pay enquiries and supporting the team as required.
About the job:
- Full function, end to end AP and AR processing
- BAS management
- Payroll support to over 200 staff in NSW
- General Ledger Reconciliations
- EOM reporting and balancing
- Working in a fun and bubbly office (5 days, flex hours)
Ideal requirements:
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced high volume accounts role.
- Minimum of 3yrs exp with Accounts Payable and Receivable.
- Proven exp in Australian Tax. (ideal)
The ideal candidate would be located around Newcastle and the Hunter region (to minimize length of travel)
