The Role
We are looking for our next Accounts Assistant to join our small finance team reporting to the Finance, Treasury and Analysis Manager. The role is part time, and will provide administrative support to the finance department through;
• Daily processing and reconciliations
• Accounts payable
• End of month processing
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports for internal and external stakeholders
The Person
• Ideally, you’ll be a self-starter with basic to intermediate excel skills and someone who’s able to work in an autonomous environment.
• Strong attention to detail
• A can-do attitude and willingness to step outside of your role to help colleagues
• Flexible and adapts well to change – willingness to take on other tasks as required
• Australian permanent resident
• Previous experience working in Finance, or an ADI, is desirable
