Our client is seeking a dedicated, motivated Book Keeper to support the day to operations of a busy transport and logistics office. This is a part time role, 4 days per week, initially a temp assignment role however the ideal candidate will have the opportunity to progress to permanency once the temp period is successfully completed.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- General accountancy and ledger maintenance
- Account receivable and payable duties
- Payroll
- HR support and administrative duties
- Reconciliations
- Data entry
- Managing Workers Compensation claims and enquiries
Required Skills/Qualification
- Certificate in Book keeping/accounting
- Accounts experience in payroll functions
- Workers Compensation knowledge
- Excellent verbal communication
- Excellent organisational skills
- Advanced level Excel skills
- Administration Experience
- Microsoft Office
