About The Opportunity
As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a vital role in the finance team, ensuring accurate and efficient financial operations. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable management
- End-of-month reconciliations
- General ledger maintenance
- Financial reporting and data analysis
- Process improvement initiatives
- Ad hoc administrative duties
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a similar administration and accounts role
- Proficiency in using computers including Microsoft Excel
- The ability to pick up new systems and software quickly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
