About The Opportunity

As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a vital role in the finance team, ensuring accurate and efficient financial operations. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Accounts receivable and accounts payable management
• End-of-month reconciliations
• General ledger maintenance
• Financial reporting and data analysis
• Process improvement initiatives
• Ad hoc administrative duties

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience in a similar administration and accounts role
• Proficiency in using computers including Microsoft Excel
• The ability to pick up new systems and software quickly
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
