Your new role
The position is within a friendly professional internal finance department.

As an Accounts Assistant, you will undertake various accounting and admin duties including:
- Cash receipting
- Cash collection reporting
- Bank reconciliations
- Productivity reporting
- Assist team with account reconciliations, report preparation, journals and other EOM Tasks
- Assist with budget preparation
- Other duties as required
Skills / Experience
- Knowledge of bookkeeping, data and administrative processes
- Intermediate knowledge of excel
- Experience with accounting software advantageous but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work towards deadlines, including excellent organisational and time management skills
- A positive and proactive attitude towards all tasks required
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professional integrity
- Ability to take direction, work as part of a team and work with minimal supervision at times
- Strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy
