Tracc Civil is a Civil Construction and Earthmoving Company based in Bibra Lake, Western Australia and have projects spread throughout the Perth Metropolitan Area.
Tracc is looking for an Accounts Payable Officer with the ability to work Independently but also as part of a small team.
This is an entry level position for a person who will be responsible for assisting our Accounts/Administration department with a variety of general clerical and accounting functions.
Duties will include:
- Maintain filing and documentation systems
- Data input for costings
- Prepare purchase orders
- Manage petty cash and reconciliation
- Assisting the accounts department as directed
To be a successful applicant the following is required:
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- High level organization and time management skills
- Proficient at using basic computing software including Outlook and Microsoft Office
- Friendly, helpful and responsible attitude.
- Able to work proactively and using initiative
- Current Driver's License.
