About the role
As the successful applicant, the Accounts Clerk will be provided approx. 24 - 32 hours per week with min. three full days a week; you will also be flexible in assisting with bookkeeping, sales and marketing where needed.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- generating tax invoices & credit card control/reconciliation
- managing bank accounts & accounts payable/receivable
- payroll/payroll tax/superannuation
- preparation of BAS's
- managing the internal accounting aspect of the business
- liaising with external accountants/clients/suppliers
- finalising & closing off EOM/EOY.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
- Full Australian working rights
- Min. 3 - 4 + years bookkeeping experience
- Extensive MYOB Accounting software knowledge & experience
- Exceptional Microsoft Office and administrative skills
- Solid understanding of basic accounting requirements, GST and payroll administration
- Own vehicle & driver's license essential
- Previous inventory experience advantageous.
