About the role
You'll be working directly alongside a team of bookkeeping and Data Entry Ninjas. Responsible for high volumes of invoice processing and assisting with administration tasks. Your duties will include, processing invoices, electronic filing, and reconciling supplier statements. You'll also be responsible for liaising with team members and providers, problem solving day to day issues and following up on provider requests. This role comes with a high level of challenge and responsibility. You'll be encouraged to improve your skills and grow with the business.
A full-time position will be offered the successful applicant.

Renumeration will be based on experience, with bonus's rewarded for hard work and dedication to the success of the business. This position has the potential to be fully remote, allowing you flexibility around family commitments and important events.
Skills and experience
You'll come with at least 1 year experience in Data Entry or an administration assistant, an understanding of excel and a passion for numbers. You'll also have experience in Word and Email programs, including Gmail. You'll have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to express yourself clearly and kindly. You'll have experience in high volumes of Data Entry or general bookkeeping. You have a 'Can Do' attitude and continuously look for ways to improve your skills and efficiency. You use your intuition to solve problems and always ask for help when you're not sure how to achieve tasks. Your kind heart and friendly personality makes you a positive person to be around. You build relationships well, and value honesty, accuracy and integrity in all you do. You're extremely efficient and are able to follow through on your responsibilities with greater speed than most of your work colleges. You enjoy working with a team of highly skilled professionals and take on challenges with excitement and courage. You're keen to expand your knowledge in a new industry and are looking for a team that can help you to develop your skills and excel in your chosen field. You have a desire to be within an organisation that cares for each other and makes a difference in their community. You're self-motivated and need little hands on direction after you master a task.
