AddressAt Global Commodities and Shipping we are looking for Accounts/Office Assistant for our growing Commercial Team at Newcastle office.

- More than 1.3M Metric ton of Bulk shipments delivered across the globe
- More than 450K Metric ton of Limestone, followed by Coal (317K Metric ton) and Pet coke (175kMetric ton) delivered
- 20,484 kg of rice, 113,000 kg of apple, 105095 kg animal fee
Responsibilities and skills
- Knowledge of Xero Software preferred
- Understanding of the Australian Taxation system
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional numerical skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- High level of accuracy
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and priorities to work within strict deadlines
- A team player who can also work autonomously
- Proficiency in MS Office
