You will be responsible for ensuring every interaction with their clients exceeded expectations from the point of booking and onwards.
Responsibilities;
- Managing administrative tasks; booking, payments and service retention
- Handling complaints and feedback with professionalism
- Working with colleagues to create a positive experience for all customers.
- Updating the internal system
- Escalating enquiries where necessary
About You!
- Previous administrative or customer service experience
- Friendly and customer focused.
- Computer literate
This is a 5 week temporary assignment with the potential for extension, all applicants must be available to start immediately.
