Job description

Our client is Australia's leading audio-visual company, with a name for providing expert tech services and world-class solutions. They house some of the most elite and experienced people in the business and pride themselves on producing tailor-made solutions for their exclusive clientele. This permanent 12-month contract is located in a corporate HQ environment in the city fringe.

You will be responsible for:

  • Accounts payable
  • Staff reimbursements
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Accounts receivable
  • Assist with ad-hoc business reporting
  • Assisting the Accountant as needed

The successful candidate will join an expert team of professionals who take pride in their company culture and work closely with Management, whilst working in a collaborative and supportive HQ environment!

We're seeking someone who can be a productive contributor, has exceptional attention to detail, great communication skills, and experience in Excel and an ERP system. You will demonstrate proficiency in accounting processes, strong organisational skills and a proactive and can-do attitude.
