ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Accounts Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the finance team, managing invoicing, reconciliations, and responding to queries. Report to the Finance Manager, you will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure accurate financial records and support company goals. This temporary role offers an immediate start, providing valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.
DUTIES
- Manage invoicing, accounts receivables, and accounts payables
- Reconcile timesheets and end-of-month accounts in Xero
- Monitor and respond to invoice queries promptly
- Utilise software including Xero and Excel
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
- Assist with any other ad hoc duties
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Immediate availability - ASAP start
- High attention to detail
- Experience and proficiency in Xero and Excel
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
