This company are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our finance department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing our accounts receivable and ensuring the accuracy of our financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of accounts receivable.
Generate and send out invoices, follow up on, collect, and allocate payments.
Perform account reconciliations, monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
Review AR aging to ensure compliance, maintain accounts receivable customer files and records.
Manage and oversee the daily operations of accounts Payable.
Assist with month-end closing.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven working experience as Accounts Receivable Officer.
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to establish and maintain good client relationships, both internally and externally at all levels.
