- Base salary range: Level 5 $76,422 – $84,705 p.a. plus 17% superannuation or Level 6 $87,460 - $92,430 p.a. plus 17% superannuation

UWA is making significant investments in Information Technology services to enable its strategic direction and goals. UWA is also looking to utilise technology advancements to expand its services and create new and innovative teaching and research models.
Robust, flexible, integrated and agile enterprise architecture, information and technology services are vital to enabling the University’s strategic objectives.
About the opportunity
As the appointee you will, under general direction, provide a high level of support for the financial administration requirements and governance of the IT Portfolio.
About you
As the appointee you will be able to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are following the correct UWA financial guidelines. You are also responsible for the governance of the projects within the IT Portfolio. This position is a good opportunity for someone wanting to learn more about project delivery. The successful appointee will be trained in Project Online and exposed to all facets of project delivery.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent competency
- Substantial experience in accounts payable processing, receivable processing and account reconciliations
- Well-developed analytical skills with a proven record of preparing, analysing and reporting on budgets
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment to achieve planned outcomes
- Proficiency in a range of computing skills including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet and financial management software
- Experience in supporting the financial administration of IT projects would be desirable
- Experience in Project Online would also be desirable
Note: Provision of a Current National Police Clearance will be required for the successful applicant.
