About the Role:
Join our dynamic team as an Accounts Officer for an exciting fixed-term opportunity lasting 6 months, with the possibility of extension. This role operates on a Monday to Friday schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage invoicing and accounts payable tasks
• Handle dispatches and receivals efficiently
• Professionally manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
• Generate and process purchase orders as required
• Maintain effective communication with both customers and suppliers
• Perform general administration duties to support overall operations
Skills & Experience Requirements:
• Possession of a valid drivers license
• Demonstrated experience in accounts payable, receivable, and payroll functions
• Eligibility to work in Australia is essential for this role
