Reporting to the Financial Controller, this opportunity will allow you to work with a dynamic and outcomes driven team, providing crucial administrative support as well as incredible customer service. As the first point of contact for the company, you must maintain professionalism and care, giving our customers and clients peace of mind.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivables
- Cross-checking and entering all invoices into the Xero system
- Preparing analysis of accounts and producing monthly reports
- Filing and maintaining account records
- Raising invoices via internal system and following up with overdue invoices
To be Successful:
- Must have experience as an Accounts Officer
- Strong track record carrying out accounts payable and receivable duties
- MUST have Xero experience
- Great attention to detail
- Strong time management with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional customer service & communication skills.
