A short term temporary opportunity exists for a self-motivated, experienced Accounts Officer to join this leading & innovative manufacturer and supplier of electrical and sensor components based in Campbellfield.
- Short term assignment until Mid April (possibility of extending)
- Part time - 20 hours per week
- $37 per hour
- Immediate start
Your primary role will be to provide financial, clerical and administrative support to the finance and accounts team.
Duties and responsibilities will include, although are not limited to:
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconciliation of customer accounts and bank statements
- Following up debtors list and outstanding invoices
- Data Entry of supplier invoices and customer receipts
- Customer and Supplier enquiries
- General administration and accounts duties as required
To be considered for this role, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Initiative, ability to multitask and excellent attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills - experience using Excel and accounting software is essential. Experience with M3/Movex or SAP an advantage but not essential
- Time management and organisational skills a must
