Role
Currently an opportunity exists for an Accounts Officer to join the team in a part-time basis with the main focus on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable while managing front of house. Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and processing of invoices
- Matching invoices to PO's
- Issuing of claims and receipting of claims
- Debtor management
- Obtaining payment approvals
- Paying supplier invoices, reconciling statements
- Managing Front of House - meeting and greeting visitors, phones
You
To be considered for this role, you will possess the following:
- Proven background in accounts, in particular AP & AR
- Sound knowledge of Xero and MS Office Suite
- Quick to pick up procedures and systems
- Team player with a can-do attitude
- Strong time management and attention to detail
