About the Role:
We are seeking an Accounts Clerk with payables experience. You will be working within a team environment and your main responsibility will be the end to end function of AP
Reporting into the Company Accountant, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Collate and distribute AP invoices for approval as per Matrix
- Processing of supplier invoices
- Vendor Set Up, Maintenance and Reconciliations
- Credit Card & Employee Expense management
- Preparation of Daily Bank Reconciliations
- Preparation of weekly and monthly payment runs
- Maintaining Subcontractor Register
- Adhoc tasks as required:
About you:
- Intermediate level of Excel
- Knowledge of the General Ledger
- Excellent time management and negotiation skills
- Attention to Detail
- Excellent communication and written skills
