The Organisation
Our client is a market leading business based in Melbourne's Northern suburb of Thomastown, who are seeking a highly motivated individual to join their team on a full-time basis.The Responsibilities
The duties of the role will consist of the following, however not limited to:

• Assisting in weekly payment runs to suppliers
• Allocating and receipting payments
• Account, Statement and Bank reconciliations
• Processing and issuing invoices
• Collection calls & emails
• Supplier and customer queries
• Other ad hoc duties

The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will obtain the following attributes; however not limited to:

• Has worked within a similar role within the past
• Has strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
