We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Officer to join our supportive and friendly team. This role offers a dynamic work environment with comprehensive training provided, perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Your Role:
- Process invoices and monitor generic email communications.
- Manage transactions and invoices within the SAP system.
- Assist in daily payment operations and maintain supplier records.
- Reconcile transactions and perform account analysis.
- Engage with vendors and contribute to month-end closing activities.
About You:
- Experienced in Accounts Payable or a recent accounting graduate.
- Proficient with SAP (preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy and the ability to learn quickly.
- Strong communication skills and the capacity to build effective working relationships.
- Resilient under pressure with excellent prioritization and multitasking abilities.
