With a presence in each of our three offices, our friendly, supportive and high performing Finance team is made up of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing Specialists, Collections team, Practice Managers, a Management Account, a System Analyst and Payroll.
About the role
Reporting into the Finance Manager, this varied and exciting opportunity will see you be a key member of the Finance Team. We are open to both full time and part time (4 days per week). In addition, you will:
- Support, process and pay creditor invoices and purchase orders
- Perform bank account reconciliations
- Undertake end of month related tasks
- Process bank statement transactions, weekly creditor payments and daily adhoc cheques and EFT payments
- Onboard new vendors
- Raise purchase orders
- Assist with AP processing system maintenance and management
- Raise system improvements and general filing and maintenance
- Support for management of Trust Account and Client Cash Management Accounts
- Trust Account Reconciliation and Reporting - Regular reconciliation of trust accounts
- Assistance with preparation and execution of payments as needed.
- Previous AP experience within a professional services, financial services or corporate organisation
- Strong numeracy and Microsoft excel skills
- Excellent accuracy, attention to detail and time management skills
- Experience with Elite 3E and/or chromeriver- desirable not essential
- A friendly, calm disposition, able to work under pressure and within a collaborative and extremely friendly team environment.
