The Role

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to the join our accounting team and control the company's creditor's ledger and assist with other duties within the administration department.

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Leader, the responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Assist in creditors statement reconciliations
• Attend to creditors enquires as needed
• Liaise with creditors on outstanding invoices and payments
• Assist other members of the administration department to complete their duties as necessary

Ideally the successful applicant would have at least 2 years’ experience working with Accounts Payable, be looking for longevity, and possess the following skills:

• Intermediate computer skills and a basic understanding of accounting functions
• Friendly, outgoing and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Professional presentation, reliable and punctual
• Outstanding eye for detail and able to meet deadlines
• Previous administration experience desirable
