Accounts Payable

• $75k + super (pro-rata)

The Company
Our client, a well-established national retailer, located in Sydney CBD is recruiting an Accounts Payable Officer on a part-time basis.
The Role
You will be responsible for the following:

• End to end processing of supplier invoices
• Timely processing of supplier payments
• Completion of creditor reconciliation of suppliers and general ledger accounts
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required to resolve any issues or queries.
• Assist the finance team as required to ensure smooth functioning of the whole team.

Skills & Experience

• 2+ years Accounts Payable experience in a commercial or retail environment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proficient Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (beneficial)
• A helpful nature and good work attitude
