YOUR ROLE IN A NUTSHELL:

The primary purpose of this role is to take ownership and accountability of the Supercars’ Accounts Payable process.

REPORTING OF THE ROLE:

This role reports to the Financial Controller.

• Finance/Corporate/Legal Team
• Motorsport Team
• Events Team
• Media/TV Team

External

• Promoters
• Teams
• Sponsors
• Suppliers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Point of contact for all Accounts Payable queries including purchase order queries
• Prepare the fortnightly payment run including reconciliation of the ABA file.
• Manage the Accounts Payable Inbox.
• Process the payment run and deliver remittances.
• Vendor ledger reconciliations to vendor statements. 
• Provide support/relief for Accounts Receivable.
• Preparation of correspondence to suppliers as required.
• Project work as required and any other tasks which may be assigned from time to time which contribute to the overall success of the company.
• All other duties as required that contribute to the success of the company.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in an Accounts Payable role 
• Accounting diploma or degree or studying towards
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
