We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Accounts Payable officer at our Kewdale office. This position is responsible for providing accounts support to the Finance and Administration department with various accounts oriented tasks. The fundamental responsibilities of this role include:
- Distributing and obtaining approval for payable invoices
- Reporting on payments required
- Making payments to bank & CW1
- Reconciling supplier statements - Payable
- Entering payable invoices into CW1
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 2 year’s experience working in an accounts role
- Positive and professional attitude
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
- High attention to detail and strong planning and organising skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Current unrestricted drivers licence
Shortlisted candidates will be required to undergo a Criminal History check.
